Two independent ways to begin
You can talk to us or start the questionnaire; neither requires the other. Unconnected contact buttons explain their status on the page. Only a destination explicitly confirmed and enabled in configuration can open an external contact channel. No official channel is currently connected.
The initial-interest questionnaire
The questionnaire requests a contact name, relationship to the person considering the home, email, country, preferred language and timing. A messaging contact and a short general note are optional. Its purpose is founder follow-up about initial interest. Consent to contact is not marketing consent, and a relative's submission does not establish the adult's consent or suitability.
Do not include a diagnosis, medical or support records, identity documents or another person's sensitive information. There are no file uploads. Submission uses a POST request, not contact details in a page URL or query string. The website does not save questionnaire inputs in localStorage or cookies. Your browser may independently remember or restore form values.
Collection in this preview
Live collection is not connected. Please do not enter personal data. The questionnaire remains disabled until its receiving service and privacy arrangements are ready.
The intended live follow-up
Once a live service is established, the intended steps are receipt in the Mosaic founder store, personal follow-up and discussion of suitability together. Only the team would manually link an existing message to an enquiry; no automated messenger integration is provided. A saved enquiry would not reserve a place or establish eligibility.
Ordinary page delivery
This preview does not include analytics, advertising trackers or site-set cookies. Images and fonts are served with the website. A host or network provider may keep ordinary access logs, such as an IP address, requested page and time. Hosting arrangements and any log retention period have not been confirmed; this is not a promise that every part of page delivery is log-free.
Local geographic context and the optional OpenStreetMap
The initial regional illustration uses public-domain Natural Earth geography served with this website. It makes no request to a map provider. No map iframe is created until you activate “Load regional map” on Home or Contact. That action connects to OpenStreetMap and its supporting services, which can receive your IP address and browser details. The iframe uses a no-referrer policy; the provider's own privacy practices still apply.
Both views show regional context, not the property's location. Read the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy if you wish; following that link also connects externally. All other project information remains usable without activating the map.
Before live intake opens
The operating legal entity, live data controller, privacy contact, legal bases, retention period and authorised team access arrangements remain to be confirmed. These details and an appropriate live privacy notice must be established before real personal information is collected. We do not claim an established live inbox or a defined retention period.
For a privacy concern now, raise it through the existing person who shared this preview. Avoid including sensitive information in that first message.
