When is Mosaic Living opening?

The planned opening is January 2027. Mosaic Living is being prepared and is not presented as an operating service or a home already receiving residents. Before making arrangements, ask the founder team to confirm readiness, the proposed start date and what would need to be agreed for the individual.

Who is the home intended for?

The project is intended for autistic adults and adults with disabilities or other support needs who are exploring shared living in Chiang Mai. Suitability depends on the individual, the support they need and what the home can safely and practically provide. A diagnosis or an age alone cannot establish that fit. An enquiry is not an offer of a place.

Where is the home?

There is one actual property in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The photographs on Our home show that property. The precise address and travel arrangements are not published in this preview; these need to be confirmed with the founder team before planning a visit.

Can I visit before making a decision?

A visit would be an important part of exploring the home. Ask the founder team about availability and how a visit could be approached at a comfortable pace. Visits are not automatically booked through this website. Confirm the appointment, location and any access or communication arrangements before travelling.

What support and staffing will be available?

On-site support is part of the intended approach. Staffing hours, ratios, qualifications and the exact assistance available still require founder confirmation. This preview does not promise round-the-clock support, nursing, therapy or clinical care. Discuss any essential support requirement directly before relying on the home as an option.

How much will it cost?

Prices and payment terms have not been confirmed. Individual support needs and associated costs are intended to be discussed separately. Ask for a written explanation of what is included, any additional charges and the terms that would apply before making a commitment. There are no accommodation tiers or price packages in this preview.

Is the property accessible?

Accessibility has not been assessed or confirmed. The actual photographs show stairs, and images cannot establish step-free routes, doorway widths, bathroom suitability or emergency arrangements. Discuss mobility and sensory needs individually and request an on-site assessment of the relevant spaces. Do not assume the home is wheelchair accessible or that adaptations are installed.

How will communication preferences be supported?

The intended approach starts with how the adult prefers to communicate, how they express choice and how much time they need. This may mean discussing clear language, written information, visual prompts or familiar communication aids. The team must confirm what it can provide; illustrations of communication tools are not evidence of equipment or specialist expertise at the property.

How can family stay involved?

A designated contact and agreed family updates are proposed. The adult should participate in deciding who is involved, what information is shared and how contact works, with their consent and any applicable legal arrangements respected. The contact person, frequency, channels and any language assistance still need to be agreed.

Can families enquire from the UK, Japan or China?

Yes, this information is intended to help families considering Chiang Mai from these countries as well as elsewhere. It does not establish immigration eligibility or promise translation or language fluency. Residency, visas, insurance, healthcare access and travel need separate confirmation with appropriately qualified advisers or relevant authorities.

Are the people and furnished settings in the pictures real?

The property tour uses eleven owner-supplied photographs of the actual furnished home in Chiang Mai, including its living spaces, garden and exterior. The furnishings visible in those photographs are real. Other scenes are clearly captioned AI illustrations of fictional adults in invented settings. Those illustrations show the intended approach to ordinary life and support, not actual residents, hired staff or current services. Neither photographs nor illustrations establish accessibility, care standards or readiness to open.

How can I begin?

Choose Talk to us on the contact page or Start the questionnaire. These are independent routes: completing the questionnaire is not required before a conversation. Official contact channels and live intake are not connected in this private preview. Unconnected contact options explain their status; for a real question now, use your existing conversation with the person who shared the preview.

What does the questionnaire collect?

The initial-interest questionnaire asks for a contact name, relationship, email, country, preferred language and timing, with optional messaging contact and a general note. Consent is for founder follow-up about the enquiry, not marketing. Do not include a diagnosis, medical information or documents. It is not an assessment, reservation or promise of eligibility.

Can I send an enquiry from this review?

Collection is not connected in this review. Please do not enter personal data. For a question now, use your existing conversation with the person who shared the preview.

What is the intended live follow-up?

Once live intake is established, an enquiry would be received in the Mosaic founder store, followed by personal follow-up and a discussion of suitability together. There is no promised response time or offer of a place. Only the team would manually link an existing message to an enquiry; there is no automated messenger integration. Live controller, retention and authorised team access details still need confirmation.

What should I include in a first enquiry?

Start with a general question about what you want to understand, such as the home, support discussions or visiting. Do not send diagnoses, medical records or detailed personal histories in the initial-interest questionnaire. Ask how any sensitive information should be shared securely if an individual discussion becomes appropriate.

Taking the next step

Your question may be more personal.

For questions specific to your situation, start with a general enquiry and ask how an individual discussion can be arranged.

Talk first or start with a short questionnaire. Either is a welcome beginning.
