The idea behind Mosaic
Choosing what to do. Sharing a meal. Finding a quiet corner. Staying close to the people who matter. Mosaic Living is being developed around these ordinary parts of a meaningful adult life.

The person comes first
A good starting point is listening: how you communicate, what feels comfortable, which routines matter, and where help would make a difference.
Practical assistance and on-site support are planned. What can be offered must be agreed around each person’s needs; detailed capabilities and staffing arrangements are still being developed.
Our approach to supportAn introduction to Mosaic
Step inside the furnished rooms, then look out across the garden. These owner-supplied photographs show the actual property. Our separately labelled illustrations express the proposed approach to shared living, not current residents or services.
Our introduction film is being prepared. For now, explore the actual furnished house and garden in the photo tour.

For the people close to you
Considering a supported home is a personal decision. There should be room for questions, an honest discussion of needs, and the adult’s own voice throughout.
For families nearby or further away, including in the UK, Japan and China, the proposed approach is to agree how to stay in touch with the adult’s consent.
